*Zagan and I have almost settled into our new home on Halvalia, there are still some rogue elements we have to deal with, but for now everything is in order. We’ve enrolled a new details of demon guards, security is at the max and now there is only one important matter I need to deal with. As we walk back to our fortress, past the burning embers of bonfires lit to announce our arrival, I stop to talk to Zagan* I know we’ve spoken about this before, but would you reconsider taking the Clan name, we both know we lead the Clan together, but I would like a formal acknowledgement of that fact.

my only concern was its your clan and family just as i have made you able to join my clan in the darkness, we both have lots of work ahead of un in restoring both our clans you took my name its only right i take your name, id be honored tobe rhau-nys what must i do?
*the kids (Lukas Rhau-Nys D’Vorich and Rosalind Cole) have been thru the growthchamber and are 4 year old now, perhaps theres a few lines in anyas old books about the children, and perhaps they can join clan as well*

There is nothing more you need to do my love as we are bonded together in marriage, so our respective clans will be bonded together when you take the Rhau-Nys name. Although Lukas already has the Clan name, he will have to undergo a traditional ceremony once he reaches his 18th birthday, which if he goes in that growth chamber again, won’t be that long away…as for Rosalind, well that depends on her parents reaction when they find out she is no longer the baby they left in my care.

what about the ancient prophesies, can any of them be interpreted as fitting this situation *smirks* she will scan her daughters mind and will have seen what happened and see you stopped it in time before she aged any more, we will see but perhaps if we give them a taste of power they would also join the clan.

Well let me think…the prophecy does mention bringing fresh blood into the Clan, and I can think of nothing better than a pair of vampires to do that, can you? *grins* The best way I can think of to give them a taste of power is to let them feed on us, they already have some of my dark energy in them, though they don’t realise that of course, if that doesn’t tempt them, nothing will.

we can all be there like a family hug, they are all vampires, and ysidra and rosalind are also psy vamps and will be even hungrier, they should be very hungry and ready to feed theve been away for a few days now. *grins as i know you can connect to them thru the haunted whitestar*

*shudders at the thought of a family hug* I agree we should all be together, but hold the hugs please, we’re not that kind of family, in fact I think the last time someone was hugged in my family, they got a dagger in their stomach, so I avoid hugs now *grins evilly* I sense they are very hungry, and something interesting too, it appears they have company, more vampires, though I shall let them inform me of the news, I do not want them to find out just how far my connection can reach.

*Once we arrive back on Halvalia, I’m eager to see my baby again, as I know Marcus is. So I settle Tane and Kara into a suite of rooms and tell them we shall be back soon, then I head downstairs to find Marcus* I think they’ll be alright, I am so desperate to see Rosalind again, I really don’t like being away from her for so long…are you ready to shift over to Anya & Zagan’s fortress?

*smiles at my wife* yeah im glad were home *looks out the window* quite alot difrent from seserilon but i think i like it *holds your hand as we shift to anyas residence, arriving in the main hall*

*I’m just coming out of the study as Marcus and Ysidra appear, I smile at them* So you’re back, was your mission successful? *I gesture for them to follow me back inside the study*

But first there is something we have to discuss, would you care to sit down? *I motion for them both to sit on the couch, Zagan takes his usual seat by the fire and I sit on his lap and drape my arm around his shoulder* Let me start by asking you if you are both happy here on Halvalia?

well yes the kids well you see kids will be kids, they built a spacecraft and tried to escape cause they thought you woulfd be upset at them but dont worry we got them back they cant get away that easy, *looks at my wife* perhaps we need to put them in the dungoen for a week or 2.

*I stare at Rosalind in disbelief, I am too dumbfounded to say anything for a moment, then I tell her to go to her daddy as I stand in front of Zagan* You bastard, what did you do to our daughter *I link to your mind and shock you with a mindblast* I want some answers now or I swear I will tear your mind to shreds*

owe ysidra that tickles *as i grab you we cloack in the shrowd of my dark essence, we are alone in the darkness, i mind blast you back hitting you with the story of what happened, how its not our fault, the kids did it on thier own, you understand it wasnt us who did anything but stop them aging to 15 years old* i expect an apology, and then if you think were so bad the get out *moves closer to ysidra* join us and all 3 of you do the ritual and become part of the clan

*I pull away from Zagan, having sensed just how dark and evil he truly is, I don’t want to anger him any further, I link telepathically to Marcus and show him what happened with Rosalind and beg him to make the decision as to whether to join the Clan as I am too shaken, I mumble a half apology to Zagan as I collapse on to the couch, my energy totally drained and desperate to feed*

*catching my wife as i help her to the couch, rosalind very tierd and hungry as well, lukas grinning next to his mother and father, sees what happened, holds rosalind* (marcus to rosalind) sweety you shoulda waited, but i cant blame you, all children want to grow up *looks at anya* i know my wifes upset about this but we realize its not your fault, will there be any dammage if rosalind was returned as a child (rosalind) i dont want to be a baby anymore daddy *she cries, ysidra barly awake*

I am truly sorry about what happened Marcus, but there is no way Rosalind can be a baby again, I know how painful this must be for you, but we too have suffered, if there was anyway to reverse the procedure, I wouldn have done so before you returned. As for joining the Clan, let me clarify the Prophecy for you, there is a reference for new blood being essential for the rebirth of the Clan, and to both Zagan and I that can only mean yourself, Ysidra and Rosalind.
It is written that Lukas must have a strong woman by his side when it is his time to take over the leadership, though that will not be for a very long time. I think you have to admit that there is no one more suitable for that role than Rosalind, you have seen the way they are together, a bond already exists between them, to me, this confirms the prophecy. But it is your decision to make, and not an easy one I admit, but as Zagan said, we will share our dark essence and blood with you freely to give more power than you could imagine.

*I hesitate for a moment, but know it is what I have to do and I am desperate to feed, so baring my fangs, I lean forward, resting my hands on Zagan’s shoulders I sink my fangs deep into his neck, drawing on his essence, feeling his power flow through me. I close my eyes and sigh, feeling my strength returning to me*
