Mirja de Vries specialises in pictures of bears, and there are certainly a lot of bears in this one. Strangely, though, every time you try to count them you get a different total. Spooky!

Summertime

This Rosina Wachtmeister picture was the first puzzle we did in 2008. The gold foil areas are really shiny. The cat was quite tricky to complete. We resorted to a crude trial and error method to get it finished, but it looked great when it was done. Would we buy the picture today if we saw it again, in light of subsequent jigsaw experiences? We think not, but we could be wrong. After all, it really is a good picture, isn’t it?
